They were quick to come out and give us a quote. Our roof has dormers so not an easy roof to shingle but the crew that came out were professional and extremely hardworking even in the sweltering heat. We called Roe Roofing to help with replacing a piece of fascia that came off during a wind storm and decided it was also time to replace some of the decorative pieces on the front of our house on one of the peaks as it was faded and the wood was starting to curl. The gentleman that came to do the quote was very responsive, friendly and was confident that they could do the work. He was a pleasure to deal with. We were told they were extremely busy and they couldn’t get to the work for a few weeks which we were fine with as we had such a great experience already with their company, that we had confidence that the job would be done right and it was worth the wait. We were kept up to date ongoing and then they showed up out of the blue because they ended up having time to complete the work when another job finished early, which was a nice surprise. The guy who did the work was so friendly, professional and worked quickly and did such a great job! I was worried about the colour match of the new product and our existing product due to age and sun fade. I was blown away with how everything came together and how the colours matched exactly and looked 100 times better than it had originally. Thank you Roe Roofing! This is the first Google Review I have ever done. In fact, I had to create a user name and a password just to do it. And, to be honest, I don't know if I will ever use it again. That on its own should let you know how special my experience with Roe Roofing has been. Like everyone else, I will rarely read a review that extends beyond two or three sentences. When it comes to a major financial decision like roofing and exteriors, there might be a chance you will read a sixth or seventh sentence. For this, I hope you do: Roe Roofing exceeds a 5-star rating in all of the categories that would typically apply. Quality of work, attention to detail and commitment to efficiency were all standards that were exceeded with ease. However, the true measure of a positive customer experience is when the Google review goes beyond standard expectations and identifies the occasion where, time and again, the company won in the margins with the "little things": - Kindness, understanding and empathy when discussing needs and budget; - Promptness on every scheduled appointment; - Ease and frequency of communication; and, - Gratitude, pride and respect for the opportunity to earn our trust; It is entirely possible that this is a unique group of people whose excitement over siding and passion for roofing is what drives them but, after my experience with Roe Roofing, I believe there is much more reverence in what they do. I called 3 different companies looking for some help with my shingles. Over a month of asking for someone to come out for a patch repair and I lucked out on the 4th time! Not only were Roe Roofing the most affordable option (didn't even realize! What a nice surprise), they were also so kind, professional, and they came so quickly to come and fix it. The roofer that came to our home was so nice, showed us the work he's done, and even checked over the rest of the roof to let us know the health of it. We have about 5 years before we need to replace it - 100% we're hiring Roe Roofing. I had been watching Roe Roofing complete a number of roofs in my townhouse complex…the crew were also very clean, professional & efficient. They were doing something with the downspouts that the roofing company I went with wouldn’t do for me…so when I asked Jason if they could help me with that, he got it done that same day! The salesperson came out to do an estimate was on time, professional and answered all questions with ease. Once the price was done, an appointment was scheduled for a new roof. There prices are competitive. The day of the scheduled appointment the crew arrived on time. All the guys were so nice, professional and did an amazing job. Now, let me share the clean up There was not a nail, or any debris let. They used a powerful leaf blower to make it extra tidy.
