They were quick to come out and give us a quote. Our roof has dormers so not an easy roof to shingle but the crew that came out were professional and extremely hardworking even in the sweltering heat. We called Roe Roofing to help with replacing a piece of fascia that came off during a wind storm and decided it was also time to replace some of the decorative pieces on the front of our house on one of the peaks as it was faded and the wood was starting to curl. The gentleman that came to do the quote was very responsive, friendly and was confident that they could do the work. He was a pleasure to deal with. We were told they were extremely busy and they couldn’t get to the work for a few weeks which we were fine with as we had such a great experience already with their company, that we had confidence that the job would be done right and it was worth the wait. We were kept up to date ongoing and then they showed up out of the blue because they ended up having time to complete the work when another job finished early, which was a nice surprise. The guy who did the work was so friendly, professional and worked quickly and did such a great job! I was worried about the colour match of the new product and our existing product due to age and sun fade. The salesperson came out to do an estimate was on time, professional and answered all questions with ease. Once the price was done, an appointment was scheduled for a new roof. There prices are competitive. The day of the scheduled appointment the crew arrived on time. All the guys were so nice, professional and did an amazing job. Now, let me share the clean up There was not a nail, or any debris let. They used a powerful leaf blower to make it extra tidy.
